Beebe makes it official

Mike Beebe officially became a candidate for governor in Arkansas this morning. Beebe made the announcement at the first stop on a seven cities state tour today. Beebe laid out his campaign vision “Believe in Arkansas” and put forth three goals, or political promises; healthcare for Arkansas children, improved education in the state, and attracting more jobs to the state.

Asa Hutchinson was quick to come back that all of these measures would be accomplished by Beebe raising taxes in the state.

No comment from Rockefeller as it seems that he is still on vacation.
